154 Utica (near St Marks) would like to become a bar

Creative Square Studios BK, 154 Utica Avenue (St. Marks/Prospect) – They are just seeking to serve Beer/Wine/Cider, but do have a yard.

I hope this happens. The Dean Street Cafe and Tamra Teahouse are great additions to the neighborhood and are doing well, but we need another watering hole.

It is presently an event venue, run under the same name as the proposed bar https://www.instapopim.com/cssbk/

Walked by last night - they are doing work at 156 Utica, the old abandoned restaurant space. Fit4Dance is staying open at 154.

Creative Square Studios BK seem to be behind both efforts.
