Probably. Which is ironic because there's a better chance of an aircrash happening in Brooklyn than there is Manhattan. NY Center and NY Approach send all the LGA and JFK landing traffic over all parts of Kings County, plus you have the regular flights at cruising altitude that fly over Brooklyn/Queens specifically @ 30,000 ft +.

Unless AW means the property crash, in which case more people might move to Brooklyn as Manhattan looks too expensive and will fall earlier and further.

Yes. People are now terrified of ball players crashing into their Manhattan homes daily.

i had the sublime, if morbid, pleasure of watching the whole thing unfold from the offices of MLB's website - it's funny, since, you know, baseball or not, it's still a news outlet, first everyone was flipping out about whether it was terrorism or not. If it's terrorism, will they cancel the Mets game? Etc.

It seemed like most people were hoping it wasn't terrorism because then they could just carry on with their workday as they originally planned rather than spend the next 10 hours covering baseball's response to terrorism. So then when it turned out it wasn't terrorism, everyone exhaled and went about their business.

Then, not too long later, it was like, whoa, it wasn't terrorists, but it was Cory Lidle. All systems go!

Typical Yankees. When one of their pitchers is out of the rotation, it's in larger than life style. No strained calf for this bunch.
