Need apt ASAP in Prosp Hts/Ditmas Park/Lef Grdns

Hi folks,

I'm an extremely quiet, single, 30-something professional with NO pets looking for a studio or 1 bedroom.

I live in Clinton Hill now but with budget of >/=$1000, considering something a bit further into BK, preferably Prospect or Crown Hts, Lefferts Gardens, Ditmas Park. I'm flexible to both neighborhood and move-in date for right apartment and price, I just need some sunlight, some peace and quiet...the usual. Any leads at all, I'd appreciate them, I'm under a time constraint. Thanks!
