Tree lined block - so misleading

I know this could be cited in many broker listings, but to call the block of Gates where this Corcoran listing is located "tree lined" is a laugh. I know the block and there are no trees to speak of. Check it out on the hybrid view of the map link, no trees. Pretty lame.

Maybe they mean a single tree is propped in between the lines of concrete?

this just in: there's a tree there now in front of it. it was planted last week.
