What the hell is a carneviento???

Can anyone clue me in on this? I'm always perplexed when a poster is flagged as a "Carneviento devotee." Doesn't that mean "meat wind" in Spanish?

    I'm sure that someone could find the thread in an instant, but I'm not that person...

    Do you know the wedge-shaped restaurant on the corner of Park and Flatbush, on the PH side? El Gran Castillo de Juaga? There's a fan above the doorway that blows a mighty, meaty wind from the roast pork and chicken. It can induce meat cravings from down the block.
