Has anyone used bkapartments.com? Is it legit?

I've been shown a few apts. by the company's broker/agent... Just wondering if anyone has had experiences with the rental/sales company and can offer any advice or feedback. Thanks.

I used them to list my rental unit. They were able to rent my unit out withing two weeks. The agent was quick and thorough.
