Podiatrists?

My foot hurts. Any recommendations on podiatrists? Doesn't have to be in Prospect Heights, but would be nice.

She's taken care of my feet for years, correcting a horrible bunion this year - and I'm now back running pain-free (not to mention able to wear my cute shoes again)!

I don't have any doctors in PH, but here's another good podiatirst if you want to check out a few. Dr. Johansson takes my insurance (Oxford).

Go to Dr. Herbert Shmirer on 9th St in PS - he's bet. 5th and 6th just opp. the Y. V old-school (he has a nurse named Betty), but quite quite good. Did my bunionectomy in summer 04 and now my toes are nice looking and pain free. Don't readily have his contact info, but you should be able to google him.
