Citibank robbery

According to Gothamist Maps, there was a bank robbery at the Citibank on 7th Ave in Park Slope at 12:37PM today. Does anyone have any information? Just curious, of course.

Wow. I went walking at 1:00, but I didn't notice anything.

I know nothing about Citibank on 7th Avenue, but Chase Bank on 7th Avenue and Carroll Street was closed at 2 pm today. There were cops inside Chase Bank and one cop outside, guarding the door.

Odd, there was something going on at the Chase in Brooklyn Heights as well...my sister was picking up my daughter from school and there were a lot of police cars, police, etc.

Weird b/c it looked like (based on the yellow tape and cops) there was a Bank Robbery at the Commerce Bank on 5th Ave (and 1st) on Tues evening

Thats crazy. Why so many bank robberies?
