looking for window repair specialist

so during the annual chore of removing the ac window units i managed to get my bedroom window off the tracking mechanism and now it doesn't seem to close properly along the sides (ie more street noise and a noticeable draft). i also believe i may have damaged one of the internal twisted metal bars the window travels along.

these are double-hung aluminum windows for a multiple unit coop building. they are also the kind you can unlatch at the top to lean inside for cleaning. i believe the manufacturer is called crystal windows and door systems.

any suggestions would be most appreciated as the second wave of colder temperatures approach.

Is he able to repair the metal bars too? I have a problem with 2 of my windows (one of which FELL IN and shattered in a wind storm because of the track being broken)...

I had my windows replaced by Windows We Are in Bay Ridge, I'm sure they'll do repairs.
