Need a translation from Arabic

I think around these parts, that would then be,"Must be between *youse* correct."

I e-mailed this to an Arabic-speaking friend and this is what he said:

*As it is transliterated it is a bit difficult to make out; my best guess is: "It has to be done right!!"*
