anyone saw the open house on washington

between bergan and st marks. i pass by it. i meant to go see it.

after i was done with some building work. only remember when i came home.

can you tell me some details, like what and how much and whom is selling it.

    i drove by to quicckly to remmber, only thing i remember was open house next to the sign on that block on the crown height side. close to the sushi place.

    I think that I know which ones you're talking about - my neighbors walked through a week ago. I don't remember the pricing, but they said that they were nice, particularly the kitchens (island ranges with hoods dropped from the ceiling). The views from the units on the back side are horrible, they overlook the stockyard of a car parts shop. The weirdest part - I'm fairly certain that there are only studios or 3 BR to choose from, nothing in between... :?

    Are we talking about [strike]Bargain Basement[/strike] Bergen Basin Realty and the condos at 647-649 Washington formerly brokered by Corcoran?

    damn the studios seem pricey for that area!

    Well they're fairly large studio/duplexes with 2 bathrooms. 439K/865sqft is $508/sqft is on the low end of what condos close to Washington have actually sold for over the last 12 months. Check out the comparables at 338 and 481 Prospect, 491 Park, 579 Washington. That's not to say I think these will sell quickly.
