Lost pink raincoat yesterday

I lost my daughter's pink raincoat with colored polka dots on it yesterday. It was somewhere on Butler Place, Plaza St East, 8th Ave or Union Street b/t 7th & 8th Ave. If you picked it up please PM me. My daughter is really sad and it was one of the only ridiculously-priced-but-so-cute-I-have-to-buy-it things we had! Why is it never the cheapo Target stuff I lose? Anyway, thanks for your help!
