resources for finding pet friendly roommates/apartments

Hi!
New to NY from SF and am getting very discouraged by lack or resources for pet owners looking for an apartment or room/share. seems like there is a need the internet isn't addressing. Any suggestions, my pooch loving friends?

Me and You And A Dog Named Fu

Howdy! I’m a recent transplant from San Francisco working for a nonprofit in Union Square. Looking for a roommate or apartment in the Williamsburg/Fort Greene/Park Slope area.
Me? 44, male, gay, gemini, honest, laid back, reliable, integrity, spiritual, sense of humor. Like biking, running, music, world travel. Want to do more yoga, eat more veggified.
My dog? 10- year old Weimaraner, extremely loving, a registered companion animal/rescue named Fugee (was a reFugee from the SF SPCA) who thinks he’s Chihuahua-sized. He leans against old folks in nursing homes to share the love.
I’m respectful, likeable. Have references. My last roommate was 5 years, before that my three roommates and I lived together for 8 years. Looking for something ASAP.
