parking garages prosect heights..hows st marks /Vanderbelt.

I saw a parking garage on St marks and Venderbelt, said 24 hr but looked closed up. Anyone park there or use a good garage close.? Thanks again of time for your help.

they are open 24/7. sometimes they leave for short periods of time or close the door. there's a bell you can ring near one of the doors. when my family/friends have come into town they try to park there but the guys always say it's full from the monthly people. if you are looking for monthly parking, not sure if they have room. there's also a garage on underhill near st. marks but the story has been the same for them as well (no room for hourly/daily).

You know how it is; they are open 24 hours a day, but not in a row!

There's another one on Underhill near Prospect pl. - my girlfriend used to keep her car there. They always seem pretty good. I dropped mine off overnight recently because it was 1 AM and I couldn't find a park. $11 overnight - not too bad. But less good than free obviously.
