East 7th Street - Near Park Slope and Ocean Parkway

Hey Everyone,

I was looking for a condo near Park Slope but close to Ocean Parkway and the Prospect Expressway. I passed a brand new building on the corner of Beverely Rd. and East 7th. I saw that Corocran is taking care of it, anyone got information on it? I was wondering if they had an open house? Did anyone go? The place looks great and the website shows them to be nicely priced. Let me know what you think.

Why not just call Corcoran for the info since you already know who the broker is?

I can't see the appeal of living near the Prospect Expressway.

Because the original post reads more like promotion than a legitimate question. If the person wants to know what the building is like, s/he can call Corcoran and ask to see an apartment, right? Wouldn't that be more informative than asking here?

I live a block away and you dont even know you are near the prospect,,,that building you are talking about is on a sidestreet and its quiet,,,you dont really notice ocean parkway

Isn't this the correct nabe board,,its in kensington
