Subject: Anything Goin' This Weekend?

My Brother is in town and I don't want to have to go in to Manhattan. Anything going on this weekend in the PS, Gowanus, BoCoCa area this weekend?

I believe it is first saturday at the Brooklyn Museum and there are many many local musical things going on as always.

maybe check out the nighttime trolley tours through prospect park (Sat and Sun). Each tour is only a half an hour long and gives a non-stop tour of the park, passing the four main entrances decorated in Christmas lights.

There's karaoke at The Living Room tonight; Southpaw's got its Sat night dance party, The Rub, going on tomorrow; the authors of the informative and funny "Nueva York: The Complete Guide to Latino Life in the Five Boroughs" will be reading at the BK Public Library on Sunday afternoon...

there's alot of Afrobeat this weekend if International is your thing
