Moving In - Hello

Hey, there.
My fiance and I are moving to the neighborhood - Underhill near Bergen - at the beginning of Sept.

Just popping in a "hello". Hope to contribute to this forum as much as possible.

Are there any neighborhood-specific safety tips? Stay away from.....? That sort of thing.

But don't let it scare you away It's a great neighborhood. (I lived here for two year blissfully unaware of most of the crime reported on this site.) And welcome!

I have but one safety tip: just keep your eyes and ears open at all times (just as one would do in any other place in the world).
