Cathedral Condos on Corner of Washington and Atlantic

It looks like the large parking lot adjacent to the Cathedral Condos on Corner of Washington and Atlantic is no longer being used as a parking lot and is being prepped for construction. Does anyone have any information? Also, does anyone have information on the cool firehouse looking building on Dean near Tavern on Dean that is being renovated?

very interesting. i drove by the lot next to the cathedral condos. that would be very interesting if new condos were going up.

i also rode by the firehouse and i was very intrigued by the condos/apts going up in that old space. i wonder who is marketing them.
