New building next to 502 New York Ave?

Does anyone know about where to get info on this building? Is it rental or sales? Very interested as I am sure it will be just as nice as the building it's next to.

Wow . . .my grandmother lived at 501, & I remember when 502 went up (late 60's) It was considered way ahead of it's time, as it was touted for it's video intercm system!

It is to the left of the building on the corner of Lefferts and NY ave.
