i mean this girl is a loon. and its hard to take her to places without getting myself into trouble. she'll yell things at people at random.

Is 'safty' an English word? If not, it should be. In Scandawegian, it means 'juicy', hence salacious, so I think I misread your meaning here. Cf. Yiddish 'zaftig' (voluptuous).
