waterfront condos in sheepshead bay? offered by local R.E.A?

Does anyone know about these condos? My Husband saw a picture in the window of Brown Harris Stevens on 7th ave.. looks interesting. I still have family in Coney Island and they have been telling me things have really been changing over there, astroland has been purchased by this big developer and from what I hear most of the land has been sold.. can you imagine if they brought it back to what it once was...

Hey! whats wrong with Sheepshead bay or Coney Island? what do you think this fancy Park slope or Prospect heights, or Fort Green or Clinton Hill that we all live in was always like this?! Um, I think NOT..wait I forgot to mention the everso trendy, Williamsburg.. Up for placing a bet?
