2nd Annual Christmas Eve Well-Wishing

In keeping with the tradition begun last year http://www.brooklynian.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1959&highlight=, I'm observing a holiday truce from my usual ranting and raving and just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy any other winter holiday you can possibly think of. I love this board and am really glad there are so many people active on it, and officially apologize if at times I might get a bit too argumentative for my own good.

Specifically, to Raulism, thanks for all the great dialogue on AY--even though we obviously disagree, I give you mad kudos for always remaining civil and sticking to the subject rather than devolving into name calling. Though I'm still excited about a lot of the project, I can say that I'm a ton more educated about it, and about its drawbacks, as a result of your input.

To Doctorj, thanks for the great chats on econometrics, and for being one of the few people on this board who understands such terms as 'regression hedging', 'path-dependent options', and 'stochastic volatility', and how to use a recombinant lattice to structure a binomial options pricing model. ;)

Thanks to DH and all the mods, and to all the contributors on this board (including ltjbukem for introducing me to it in the first place), and to all the Guest trolls who occasionally keep things lively and spirited. ;) Happy holidays to everyone. I look forward to another year of debating gentrification ad nauseam with you all. :)

d00d, I have no idea what you're talking about, but if any of the above come up in context, I'll try to read up on them before expressing an opinion ;)
