Coffee Shack on 5th ave closed for good??

Hi. Does anybody know if the Coffee Shack on 5th ave btw 17th and 18th is closed for good? It looks like a new bar is opening up next door but not sure what is going on in the Coffee Shack space. It was my favorite for egg salad and french toast and coffee. I already miss it so much.

Yeah, not sure, but it's been closed for quite a while now.
