Where to get rid of tree?

Can we put them out on the curb at all, still or no? Or should we take it somewhere to get mulched? If so, where?

    Green-Wood Cemetery (25th St. @ 5th Ave.) through the end of the month. To the left of the main gate. You'll see the trees and mulch.
