Aguayo Huebener

Looking at The Washington Condos. Anyone have any dealing with Aguayo & Huebener Realty. Any thoughts on the building? It's on Underhill between Pacific and Dean.

How's the whole CofO thing going? Has it all been settled?

It seems to have been settled but we went to the open house yesterday and it was a little hectic. No more offering plans available and when we called today we received the run around.

Thanks. New to the whole real estate race and a little sketched out about the sketchiness of the developer and the realtor. Looks like a great property though, hope to have a chance to check out more of the neighborhood tomorrow.

you probably want to check out what's been said on www.brownstoner.com as well. My impression is that you should be very careful where you tread with that property and don't go near the mezzanine units.

building's great, broker stinks. plus beware, their employees have no qualms about pointing out what apartment the blog owner lives in..seems shady, dishonest and an invasion of privacy..

basically, the general rule for brokers holds for a&h: don't believe a word they say.

I agree with ltjbukem about Aguayo & Huebener. An friend of a friend used to work there and they would stab you in the back while smiling in your face. I've also has personal run-ins with Huebener and she's a freaking piranha.

Aguayo & Huebener are super slimy. We bought our condo from them, and it took me loudly firing our agent and threatening to do everything in my power to drive other people interested in the building to their competition to close the deal. It's too much to get into now, but let's just say they were totally derelict in their duty as my agents.

HATEHATEHATE them.

tell me, would you trust handing over to one of their brokers your financial statements and social security number, given that they have no problems publicizing what unit i live in? i can't believe their lack of ethics.. but then again, they're brokers. i should've expected it.
