move in cleaner needed- mold and light renovation dust

We are getting ready to move into our apt and it needs a very thorough cleaning of the kitchen, 2 bathrooms (tile mold/mildew issues), windows, radiators and AC units. We also compleing some carpentry and painting work so the overall apt. will need to be cleaned.

Any recommendation for this type of thorough move in clean would be greatly appreciated- this is way beyond the scope of our regular cleaning lady.

i used Anbenco when i moved into my apt a yr ago and they did a pretty good job degriming and demolding/dedusting. I don't have their contact info but they have a website and i spoke with a Susanna. I'm also looking for a regular cleaning lady. Does yours have room for another client?
