triple stars

Sorry, I'm new here, what do the triple stars meanon the Royale thread

As I understand it, users can star threads to "recommend" a good conversation or a thread of particular or widespread interest.

Technically, you rate posts, not threads. But threads with recommended posts in them also get stars. The link to rate a post is in the lower right hand corner of each post (where it says: !!-> Rate This Post! [Click Here]).
