Rosewater dining suggestions?

I've made reservations at Rosewater tonight for my mom's birthday. I haven't been there recently, and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what dishes to order now that it's winter-ish.

also, can someone tell me if they still have a tasting menu?

went there a few days ago, i had the pork, my lady had the skate, both were awesome.
