Romantic Restaurant -- Must have chocolate

Any suggestions for a good romantic restaurant for an early V-day dinner? Can be in Manhattan. Only criteria is that it not be Italian or Japanese. TIA!

I happen to love BLT Fish. The upstairs dining room is beneath a giant, glass ceiling; when we first went there, last summer, the ceiling was open to the warm evening sky. It started to rain, they closed the ceiling, and it was like dining in an aquarium. The food is great and it's small and cozy enough to be very romantic. Highly recommended.

(Btw, the BLT in the name stands for Bistro Laurent Tourandel (or something like that)).
