Subject: This morning's race

Anyone else run in the 5K this morning in Prospect Park? It was a lot of fun, although very cold, naturally. This was my first Bklyn Road Runners race but I definitely look forward to a lot more.

Couldn't make it this year... How was the turnout? How did you do (don't have to be specific - just wondering if you exceeded expectations or not)?

I was very pleased--finished with around a 6 min 45 sec per mile pace, which was a good deal faster than my last race in the fall. I look forward to seeing you at the next one!

Impressive pace! I've never managed to get below a 7 min/mile - only getting slower as I get older too...
