wtf? fire bug in the 'hood?

Subject: wtf? fire bug in the 'hood?

I've seen several unmarked police cars go by with lights flashing and have heard the fire trucks on st. johns btwn classon and washington at least 6 times this evening. what is going on? anyone know? this is kinda freaking me out.

3 fire trucks appeared 1/2 hour ago on lincoln + underhill, disappeared, and then returned.. now they're putting up caution tape in front of a building on lincoln, but no one seems concerned yet. no hoses or anything.

update: 3 fire trucks + ambulance came and left - looks like they taped off a lightpole on Lincoln, closer to the Underhill side. electrified? didn't see anyone in the ambulance, but I also wasn't watching the whole time..

Manhole cover blew up on my block, it was taped off - connected?

maybe - ConEd is poking around that lightpole as we speak..
