Electricity Problems

Back on February 2nd, the electricity on my block (11th St. b/w 6th & 7th Aves) was flickering. I called ConEd, and they came out and fixed it. This morning, I noticed that it seems to be happening again.
Has anyone else noticed this?

anonymouswe had a problem around president street a few winters back.....it is likely the salt that erodes the wiring beneath the street.
