Tips?

I got my first delivery from Fresh Direct yesterday and was wondering if I should tip the guy, after all he is out working at 10pm.

Is there a general tip guide, I can recall many situations where I wasnt sure about it.

i probably would if I had a huuuge order and he/she had to climb a bunch of stairs and was sweating profusely. But generally no...I mean, would you tip the ups guy??? I'm sure they're making more than min. wage and way more than regular restaurant delivery people.
