Desperately seeking affordable live/work space in brooklyn

I made a mistake giving up my super cheap LES apt of 12 yrs. thinking the psychic baggage had gotten too dusty. I now know that there are no real estate advantages to living here forever. I am an artist and am broke with two rents. ANY leads on reasonable live/work spaces would be so appreciated. I mean reasonable for real, not it's "only part of my trust fund reasonable".

There are "reasonably" inexpensive work spaces around the Morgan L stop.....I would check craigslist under "morgan"
