Subject: Available Commercial Real Estate on Wash'n

Does anyone know what commercial real estate is available on Washington between E.P. & Atlantic? And square feet?

I ask I am curious how PH can entice displaced PS businesses over here: powerplay (not displaced anymore); my kid's physical therapist; Dance Studio of Park Slope; and, god knows, we need a decent grocery.

I have heard that most storefronts on Wash. are too small to attract many larger businesses...

Thoughts?

There are a lot of smaller store fronts on WA, but there are a few large ones... unfortunately, some of the brokers/landlords are only looking for dollar stores and the like to populate their spaces... not kidding - it's sad, really.

There is no such thing as "too small" for a GOOD business. Many places in new york are less than 20 feet wide and thriving. Also, lots get bought and combined.
