I am thinking of moving to the very North Slope, close but not directly abuting the Atlantic Yards. Any idea of what the effect will be there? Thanks!

Not only that, it will probably be very loud too during construction and on game nights.

you will have a nice upsurge in diesel particulate matter in your air during the construction since no special filtering equipment is required in brooklyn, very much unlike all of the lower manhattan freedom tower development that's about to get underway.

thank marty markowitz, bill deblasio and david yassky for that. they really did a bang up job negotiating for the neighborhoods around the project.

Am I the only Brooklynite looking FORWARD to the Atlantic Yards project? I think it is a fantastic addition to the Modern Architectural progression of the borough.

You're definitely not the only one. In fact the majority of Brooklynites support the project. But in the immediate vicinity, we are certainly in the minority.
