scary noise

i just heard someone scream and then a lot of shuffling but i don't know if it was somebody's kinky idea of a fun friday night (and could i really blaim them?) or if something bad is going on. i am not sure which apt it came from. should i worry?

i checked with my neighbor and she was the source of the bizaare noises....a rat crawled on her foot.

any suggestions for extermination?

get a cat....

Don't exterminate. Just send it on vacation to that Taco Bell/KFC in the West Village :-)
