Fresh Direct: Stop Me If You've Heard This Before

Subject: Fresh Direct: Stop Me If You've Heard This Before

I noticed that in the "Just Moving In" post there were a few comments about Fresh Direct, and it made me wonder if the problems I have had with it are a product of this neighborhood. Does anyone else have trouble getting Fresh Direct to deliver "on time"? (This is my fourth post of the night; sorry for being so squirrely.)

I really want to love Fresh Direct, but I never get my groceries close to the time they say they will deliver. On two occasions, they blew my whole day altogether and I had to reschedule for the next day. Which is no big deal, I suppose. But what gives? Is Greenwood Heights in some Fresh Direct logistical Black Hole? Or is this just a series of unfortunate coincidences?

I never had any problem, but schedule my deliveries in the evening. I don't order much from them. I don't like the way that they pack and it's easier for me to just go to C-Town on 9th Street.

Must be some real bad luck you're having.

I have had about 5 deliveries so far and all exactly within the time spot I picked.

That is on 22nd and 7th
