Apartment Related Postings

For some reason this site seems to get a lot of real estate-related postings. Please note that we have a separate forum for APARTMENTS and REAL ESTATE (scroll a ways down on the main page).

If you just want to know what the neighborhood is like or what a reasonable rent/price is, it's okay to post here, but if you're trying to rent/sell a place or are looking to be hooked up with a new place to live, you need to post in the apartments section.

And speaking as a user who does need an apt, I now find myself hitting that board several times a day. The more people that post there, the better.
