767 or 676 washington ave?

o.k. this building is label with both numbers & there are computer training signs but inside there is just a counter or something; but does anyone know what this storefront is and furthermore why they insist on flooding out into the street at 4am yelling and screaming?

sometimes fights break out, and one time people ran out with chairs and were hitting and throwing them at each other and i saw someone get smashed over the head with a metal baseball bat.

i am not scared, but rather annoyed and curious... what is this place?

I've been wondering, too! they sometimes are open later than Ripple, which is REALLY annoying. are they a bar? do they have a license? should I just call the cops on them and report underage drinking or something? it's so obnoxious.

is this the building they just painted a mural on?

ripple is open late, but it's not like you really notice.... (atleast i don't, it's loud but not too crazy usuallu) THIS PLACE, however... you can be sound asleep even with all the street noise and whatever, and then like an EXPLOSION of loud drunk people 4am happens and it's SO annoying... i don't know what to do besides complain & i don't even know what the place is that i am complaining about! geez...

I'm not familiar with the building, but from what you're describing it sounds like a front for illegal gambling of some sort.
