hey, who's peekin' in my windows?

Yeah, I was about to say that's Unterberg's building. Never seen it from that angle, though -- neat pic!

While I was shopping around at the going out of business sale for the warehouse that used to house the party planning company, I noticed a latter to the roof and just had to check it out. Fortunately I had my camera with and got a good shot in.

I live in the building too Unterberg - we'll have to hook up!

I've been an admirer of that building for a while and wonder what it's like inside. Any of you residents care to fill me in? How old is it, is it coop/condo, and--the echt New York question--what are the prices like?
