(No class 5/27 Memorial Day Weekend)

Eight week workshop includes: playing games, singing songs, learning yoga poses (asanas), vinyasa stories, kids flying on parents, and breath exercises (pranayama), resting time & lots lots lots of imagination. Bring your 2 to 5 years, who knows we may even get to clown around, somersaulting and hanging upside down. Nobody will be able to say there aren’t monkeys in here!
