Apartment for rent

If anyone is looking for a place or knows someone who is, I have an apartment for rent, available now (must be rented by Oct. 1st)

It's a big 2BR, around 900 sq. ft. on Grand Ave and Prospect Place.

The downsides to the place are that it is a railroad layout so it's not really good for shares and that it's a 4th floor walkup.

However, for the amount of space I think it's priced very competitively, $1,600/month and there are no fees other than the credit check.
