Laundry on Underhill

Has anyone heard any news about when the laundry on Underhill (St. John/Sterling) will reopen? The place on Vanderbilt wants to chargean extra $6 to wash my bathmat (it apparently counts as a "small rug")!!!

    The sign still says "Wait for Grand Opening." As I reported earlier, it may not open until June or July:

    I do NOT recommend the laundromat on Vanderbilt near Park Pl.--is that the one you are going to? We have been using the one on Vanderbilt further down, past Met Foods; it's fine but they charge a lot more than the closed one on Underhill near Sterling.

    There are some laundromat recommendations in the post above, and I think somewhere in these message boards, if I remember correctly. Do a search or just scroll through.
