possiby moving to Sterling Place...

I'm considering moving to Sterling btween Washington & Underhill.
The block seems great & the apartment looks good.
Anyone have any pro/ con comments?
Any inside info?

I am somewhat familiar with the neighborhood. I'm hoping someone who knows this partiular block may have some additional insight...?

Well, there's been some muggings there recently. One guy got it on the steps pf his building. Normally, it's a pretty quiet block. It's kind of nice.

sterling is quiet and super nice... wish i could move over from washington to around the block!
