Just found this on "The Internet"... a detail from a for-sale-by-owner open house on a 2br coop:

So where is this coop? I have some friends who might be interested (the strange photograph notwithstanding).

    And where are these "nightclubs"??

It's 465k and it's on Park Pl. between Vanderbilt and Carlton.

You know the DH was one reason why I moved to Prospect Heights and I haven't been disappointed. In fact, my expectations, while admitedly low, have been wildly exceeded. :D

I hope it's bigger than that picture makes it look, then. When you have to stand on a chair to take the pic, that's a bad sign...

Dailyheights, I believe you mean "The Internet!"

As Muk noted, it's all in the exclamation point.

You've got to mention this on your panel at Webzine 2005. Given the event's indy spin, don't know whether the audience will be amused or horrified, but it certainly says something about community blogging.

Also suggests that real estate developers may be potential community blog advertisers..."this neighborhood amenity brought to you by...."

Isa pretty much came up with the idea of referring to the neighborhood as "ProHo", as a joke, a faux yuppie nickname... and I thought it would be subversive to try to promote the use of ProHo to see if people started using it un-ironically. I would say WE WON if this was actually a listing from a real estate agent, but it's a FSBO, so we will have to wait for this couple to weigh in on how they use ProHo.
