Cigar Gathering - Initial Query

Who would be up for an informal cigar gathering? I'm envisioning anything from meeting somewhere and strolling the neighborhood to getting Soda to allow us to smoke on the patio there.

I have tons of sticks, and would be more than happy to provide some decent, everyday smokes for the occasion.

Totally interested! I can't join you all just yet -- I am working as a crisis counselor in Louisiana for the United Way. As soon as I return, I am sure I will need a big fat stogie to dry me out after all this rain.

So keep me on the stogie list, and keep me posted on when we toke. I love the idea of waling around the hood, or if someone has a porch (and I will bring a small flask of whiskey).

I return after the 27th, if you can wait. Then I am free anytime!

I hearby motion that "stogie" be added to the list of DH banned words.

I'm interested depending on how much finesse I would be expected to show.

Cigars are huge in my family but the guys never let me play because they think it's an unacceptable habit for a woman.

So, it's a little like me saying I'd like to go fishing if someone else will bait the hook for me. I can understand if you prefer the amateurs stay home.

What about blunts? I'll bring one of them if it's OK.

I think we should do this in a couple of weeks - maybe the second weekend of October. Dave - I know you said that you often get sticks at work, and I'm sure they're excellent. Maybe we could both bring some. If not, I have plenty.

I'll start a new thread when the time is near.

Get your smoking pants ready.
