Apartment sought by professional couple

My fiancee and I are looking for an apartment in any of the following neighborhoods: Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Ft. Greene, Clinton Hill.

We are looking for a move-in date of August 1. Our maximum price is $1700, and less would be even better. We would prefer a 2-bedroom or a 1+ but we are realistic and would be ok with a decent-sized 1-bedroom. We are responsible professionals in our mid-30's with excellent credit. We take paying the rent on time very seriously.
