This is about Cupcakes.

God forbid me for basically copying a post from my blog but this is for kids, kids with cancer, so cut me some slack.


Okay, I know I said I didn't want to talk about cupcakes again for a while, but this is for a good cause. Thanks to tk putting me wise. As you may have read in Gothamist, starting today and running through October 2nd, if you visit a participating bakery and purchase a cupcake, be sure to tell them you want to support Cupcakes for a Cause. Each bakery will donate part of the proceeds to the CancerCare for Kids program. Complete info here. Note that two of the participating bakeries are Billy's and Crumb's, two that I've been meaning to hit up; if anyone wants to make a cupcake field trip let me know.

I saw this today on Gothamist and thought of you intsantly.

I will take any excuse to buy some cupcakest at Two Little Red Hens -
It also says that if you buy 24 cupcakes you will be entered in a drawing -
Well since its for a good cause . . . .
