this show is in previews, and I was dubious because I had seen the movie, but it's pretty terrific. Great score, very funny, talented cast. I am not ashamed to say that I really liked it. (maybe just a little ashamed)
What I did not know until I saw the show was that the movie was originally just supposed to be a roller-disco movie, but since two others ("Roller Boogie" and "Skatetown, USA") were released before this, the producers decided to make the movie more of a mythical type of thing. And we all know the results.
Has anyone else seen this in previews?
